The tech, Ryan, swung by right on time. Knew his stuff too. I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator, and he got right into it. Not only did he get it up and running, but he also dropped some tips on keeping it in shape. Didn't try to up-sell me on anything, which was a nice change.
